    Abby has her BA in Biblical Counseling from The Master’s College and her MA in Womens Ministry from Multnomah Seminary. She has two children, two small businesses, and enjoys trail running with her husband.

    Brian and his wife Julee have been serving Mountainside Community Church for several years.  Brian is a retired executive who believes in utilizing the gifts given from God in the service of the Church family and community. Brian has motorcycled all around the world having toured over 47 countries and all 50 states thus far with some of his closest friends.  Brian and Julee have two grown children and one granddaughter, Ellie-Rose.

    Christy has a M.A. in Education Leadership and a B.A. in Secondary Education; she has been a high school teacher in the area since 2000. When she is not surrounded by students, she enjoys reading, and hanging out with family.

    David Pastrell, DDS, is an Associate Pastor at Mountainside Community Church. He has been married to his wife, Susan, for 40 years. They have 5 beautiful daughters who are all married and have blessed them with 20 grandchildren. David is a retired Dentist who enjoys preaching God’s Word and teaching the Bible. He has a Masters of Bible and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. He enjoys hiking, biking, and along with his wife helping raise their grandchildren for the glory of God.

    Dawson Lange is the founding and lead pastor of Mountainside Community Church. He has an MDiv. from Western Seminary, a B.A. in Theology from The Master’s College, and he is a 1993 graduate from Hug High School. Dawson is married to his lovely wife Alison. They love sharing new adventures, and family time with their 5 children.

    Julee and her husband Brian are transplants from San Jose, CA. They are easing into retirement by operating a consultant firm. Their son is a chef in San Francisco and their daughter is a Program Manager at Google. They are proud grandparents of baby Ellie Rose. Julee and Brian enjoy entertaining, golf and travel.

    Kathyleen is a graduate of UNR with a background in art, museum studies and graphic design. She enjoys spending time with people of all ages from preschoolers to octogenarians and older. Kathyleen enjoys baking, dancing and hanging out with her husband Jason.

    T.J. grew up on the central coast of California and graduated from Chico State. He and his wife Amy relocated to Reno in 2004. Working in the life sciences industry and amidst busy schedules, T.J. enjoys time with his wife, their two daughters, starting projects around the house and eating carbohydrates.
